Returns policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

• We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase .  If for any reason you are not satisfied, we would be happy to issue a refund, or exchange.
• Returns must be postmarked and mailed within 30 days from receipt of lights. Lights must be in original packaging and condition. 
• Once the package is received, our warehouse will process the return, and you will be notified via email.
• We reserve the right to correct, update or change our returns/refund/exchange policy at any time without notification.
• All returns and exchanges should be shipped via insured traceable mail in a secure package. Email us at contact@sparklespace.uk to begin the process.
• Please be aware that you have 72 hours from delivery of the parcel to report any discrepancies with the contents of your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
